Lisa brings a wealth of experience from various healthcare fields, with a strong focus on long-term care. Five years ago, she founded OAB+ Blood Collection Inc. during a time when access to bloodwork was a challenge. Her compassion for seniors drives her commitment to providing the best possible care. Her dedication and warmth, ensures that every blood collection experience is smooth and comfortable for her clients, and truly makes a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Shay grew up in both British Columbia and Nova Scotia. She has been a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 3 years, specializing in emergency medicine. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Shay is excited to work with OAB+ Blood Collection Inc. to provide compassionate healthcare to those in need within the comfort of their own homes.
Gillian Mackin
Certified Continuing Care Assistant
Born and raised in the Annapolis Valley, Gillian is very dedicated. She takes care of her clients like they are a member of her family and will do everything she can to make sure her clients are comfortable. She has experience working with Seniors in all areas of care, including palliative care. She has worked in nursing homes, and has extensive experience with in-home care. We are pleased to have Gillian as a member of our home care team.
Angela Caldwell

Angela grew up in Berwick with the privilege of being raised by a mother who was a natural caregiver. This prompted her to become a certified continuing care assistant to follow her mom's lead. Angela has years of experience in both long-term care and home care settings. She lives by the quote "it's not work if you love what you do. It certainly shows in her work.
